I know the mountain inn from before. He was famous for his fresh trout dishes and excellent service. But when I arrived this time, the exterior was not particularly inviting. The menu showed nothing of the former wealth of trout. Nowhere did I find any indication that card payments were not possible. You only found out about it when asked. The service was obviously not the specialist. At some tables the orders were swapped. Only the location is still nice. Too bad.

Good lunch. You can see it, you can smell it. The frying oil was new. I was skeptical at first, but I was happy with the food. The view would be great if you had mowed towards the valley. Construction work took place around noon.

Very friendly service, partly from the boss herself, large selection for lunch, no matter what time. Very nice location, 1000m high, in the middle of the forest, then only goes on foot or in winter with snow with LL skis.

Everything kept very cheap. Half-board food doesn't always taste good. The breakfast has a very minimal offer. Cleanliness in the rooms is not very pronounced. The house is very noisy. You can hear all the other residents in the room all the time. The price corresponds to houses with a higher level. The guest room is closed very early, which can make the evening very boring due to the remote location. The location of the house is nice.

Old house, little space in the eighth room with only 2 outlets and the bathrooms were not nice either. In the staircase to the rooms it has dripped from the ceiling in winter. Rather unfriendly staff. Never again!

Rustic mountain inn with good menu. Here you can relax. Great place for motorcyclists, cyclists and hikers. I can definitely recommend unreservedly.

Super place for the hikers, mountainbikers, bikers or just to get peace of mind. Great kitchen and a super nice owner. Don't believe Google Maps for navigation, take a good look at a real map and you easily find from the mainroad via a narrow tarmac path here in 5 min.

Very nice mountain inn with cozy rooms with very comfortable beds and even with private bathroom (!), Delicious breakfast and dinner included. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. The kitchen makes every exception and every wish possible! The location is fantastic and invites you to go hiking.

The location is fantastic, at the end of a narrow road high on the mountain. The decor of the dining room seems to have stopped a bit in time. The hosts are very nice. Great for winter sports.

This Bergasthof is easy, off the hustle and bustle and a good starting point for hikes. The food is good bourgeois Baden and also a fish dish (trout MüllerinArt) really delicious. Especially the service I would like to rate highly, not only friendly, but also attentive ....... happy again and I hope often .......

Very basic guest house in the middle of nowhere. Room was clean but the beds were very uncomfortable. Dinner and breakfast was, again, very basic. Important when using Google maps: drive via the wachtstrasse! Google suggested an unpaved road when we came from Feldberg.
